24/7 emergency call-out services
All services are provided by qualified, licensed, and insured professionals. We are Gas Safe registered and comply with all relevant UK regulations and standards.
4. Service Terms and Conditions
4.1 Service Requests and Bookings
Service requests can be made via phone, email, our website, or in person
We will provide an estimated timeframe for service delivery, but times are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control
You must provide accurate information about the service required and access to the property
We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine it is unsafe, illegal, or beyond our expertise
4.2 Access and Site Conditions
You must provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area
You are responsible for ensuring the work area is safe and free from hazards
We may require you to move furniture or personal items before work commences
Additional charges may apply if access is restricted or if additional preparation is required
4.3 Work Standards
All work will be performed to professional standards and in compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards
We will use appropriate materials and equipment suitable for the work
Where possible, we will minimize disruption and clean up after completion
You have the right to inspect completed work before final payment
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
Final pricing may vary if additional work is required or if conditions differ from initial assessment
We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with additional work
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing
We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards
For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work commences
Late payment may result in interest charges and suspension of services
If payment is not received within 30 days, we reserve the right to take legal action
5.3 Emergency Call-Out Charges
Emergency call-out services may incur additional charges, including out-of-hours premiums

6. Booking and Cancellation Policy

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee may apply

7. Warranty and Guarantees

We provide a 12-month warranty on workmanship for all installations and repairs
This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties
Warranty claims must be reported promptly and allow us reasonable opportunity to inspect and remedy
7.2 Manufacturer Warranties
Equipment and parts may come with manufacturer warranties, which are separate from our workmanship warranty
We will provide warranty documentation for installed equipment where available
Manufacturer warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer or supplier
7.3 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to services that are performed with reasonable care and skill, are fit for purpose, and are provided within a reasonable time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data
We are not liable for damage to property that was not reasonably foreseeable or that results from pre-existing conditions
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage, and claims should be made through our insurance where applicable
This limitation does not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Payment is not received when due
